Frequently Asked Questions

Browse our FAQ page for answers to everything you would like to know about what we do, what we charge, our process, and how everything works.

  • If you need a single high-converting page - for an ad campaign, a launch, or a lean first presence - start with the Launch Pad. If you want a complete site with everything handled and no big upfront cost, the Peace of Mind Subscription is our most popular choice. If you'd rather pay once and own everything outright, go with The Standard.

  • Our monthly plans (Launch Pad monthly and Peace of Mind) include a custom build we complete up front at no upfront cost to you, then support all year. The 12-month minimum lets us deliver that work without a large initial invoice. After the first 12 months, you're month-to-month and can cancel anytime. Prefer no commitment? Choose a one-time option - those have no minimum term.

  • Every invoice comes with a 7 day grace period to be paid. If an invoice is not paid within 7 days, there will be a $25 late fee applied. If you're on a subscription, and there are multiple monthly invoices that are overdue for months and late for months, we can cancel the contract and the client will be responsible for paying the full price of the site. We are generally very flexible and understanding of certain situations and often times offer assistance and help. But if there is no communication or replies to our messages, we have to take certain precautions to make sure we are paid for our time and effort in making the site and not being taken advantage of.

  • We send email invoices via Square that has a link to a secure page for adding payment info. Subscriptions are paid with a credit card or debt card and we accept all major credit cards. Lump sum projects are paid with ACH bank transfer to minimize processing fees. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS.

  • The additional page fee is a one time $250 fee. Not recurring. So if you need 3 extra pages, that's $750 and you're done. Not $750 a month. We try to keep things simple and straightforward.

  • When you sign a contract, either lump sum or subscription, if we cannot design something you are 100% happy with and no longer want to move forward, then we will refund whatever you paid to get started. If we do end up moving forward with building the site, there are no refunds after that point. From then on, refunds are at our discretion.

  • With The Standard, yes - you own 100% of the code and files outright. On the subscription plans, your site is fully built, hosted, and maintained by us for as long as you're a member, which keeps your cost low and your maintenance at zero. You can move to The Standard at any time to take ownership.

  • Our monthly plans have a 12-month minimum and become month-to-month after that. Once the first 12 months have passed, you can cancel anytime. If you want no minimum term, choose one of the one-time options instead.

  • You just have to sign a new 12 month contract.

  • If you cancel a monthly plan before the first 12 months are complete, the remaining balance of the build becomes due. One-time plans do not have a minimum term.

  • Text changes, swapping images, updating hours or contact info, adding a promotion, tweaking a section - the everyday updates that keep your site current. We handle these next business day. Brand-new pages, redesigns, or new functionality fall outside fair use; we'll quote those separately so there are never surprises.

  • Absolutely. 100% of what you pay for the Launch Pad credits toward a full site within six months, so starting lean costs you nothing if you grow into the bigger build.

  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is the practice of optimizing your website to rank higher in search engine results. It's important because higher rankings lead to more visibility, traffic, and potential customers finding your business online.

  • SEO is a long-term strategy. Typically, you'll start seeing meaningful results in 3-6 months, with continued improvements over time. The timeline depends on factors like competition, current website status, and the SEO strategies implemented.

  • The timeline varies depending on the project scope and complexity. A standard 5-7 page website typically takes 2-4 weeks from start to launch. More complex sites with custom features may take longer.
