You get one custom, hand-coded landing page built to convert visitors into leads, with a lead-capture form, click-to-call, hosting, SSL, and ongoing support included. Pay $1,199 once (no ongoing commitment) or spread it at $99/mo with a 12-month minimum. Same page, same quality, same support. Just different payment structures.

The $99/mo option includes a custom build we complete up front. The 12-month minimum lets us do that work without a large upfront invoice to you. After the first 12 months, you're month-to-month and can cancel anytime. Prefer no commitment? Choose the $1,199 one-time option instead.

Every invoice comes with a 7-day grace period. If unpaid after 7 days, a $25 late fee applies. We're flexible and understanding, but if there's no communication we may need to cancel the contract and collect the remaining balance. We always try to work something out first.

Subscriptions are billed via Square to a credit or debit card (all major cards accepted). Lump-sum projects are paid by ACH bank transfer to minimize processing fees. We do not accept checks or money orders.

Additional pages are $299 each, one-time and not recurring. So if you need 3 extra pages, that's $897 total and you're done. We also offer a CMS addon for $399 if you want to edit your own content without touching code.

If we can't design something you're 100% happy with and you choose not to move forward, we'll refund whatever you paid to get started. Once we've begun building the site, refunds are at our discretion.

Your site is built, hosted, and maintained by us. You own all the content (copy, images, branding) and we keep the code running for you. If you ever want a full code handoff or need to move platforms, reach out and we'll work something out.

Our monthly plans have a 12-month minimum and become month-to-month after that. Once the first 12 months have passed, you can cancel anytime. If you want no minimum term, choose one of the one-time options instead.

You just sign a new 12-month contract and we pick up where we left off.

If you cancel a monthly plan before the first 12 months are complete, the remaining balance of the build becomes due. One-time plans do not have a minimum term.

Text changes, swapping images, updating hours or contact info, adding a promotion, tweaking a section — the everyday updates that keep your site current. We handle these next business day. Brand-new pages, redesigns, or new functionality fall outside fair use; we'll quote those separately so there are never surprises.

A landing page typically takes 1 to 2 weeks from kickoff to launch. A custom multi-page site runs 3 to 4 weeks depending on scope. We'll give you a specific timeline before we start.

Yes. All our plans include ongoing maintenance, updates, and support. We handle everything from content changes to technical upkeep so you can focus on running your business.

Every site we build is fully responsive and designed mobile-first. It will look and perform great on phones, tablets, and desktops.

With the CMS addon, yes. You'll be able to edit text, swap images, and update content without touching code. On subscription plans, you can also just send us the change and we'll handle it.
